Make a Will advise,how would you do?

Wifes mother would like to make a will (at amphur she says) to her only daughter since she fear problems from cousins etc once she gone.(We already see the signs). Its about her house and the land it sits on, its government land/no paper(wanpao?) there is Border/boundary marks and concrete poles around already. What would you write in a willl with the above? Photos of land/house with a letter from her mum? All inputs/ideas are welcome.
