Thai Man Charged for Double Murder of LGBTQIA+ Couple

In Loei province, a Thai man, Jaksin Jaroensuk, 26, was arrested for the murder of an LGBTQIA+ couple, Pranom, 69, and Winai, 65, claiming self-defence. The victims were discovered by neighbors at their home with severe injuries, allegedly inflicted by a crowbar and a billhook knife. The crime scene also showed signs of ransacking, with some belongings missing.

The suspect’s relationship with the victims began through his former partner, and he had been living with them temporarily.
