Jack Smith came, testified and killed it.

Featured Replies

So remember Jack Smith? I'm asking our beloved MAGA faithful who confidently predicted his imminent downfall. Well, he testified and the GOP could do nothing but stutter and whimper. And he didn't plead the 5th even once!

He's also said he's ready to proceed on the Trump documents case once Trump has been purged from office since he's go irrefutable proof of serious crimes committed by the serial offender in the WH.:clap2:

'Jack Smith testifies before House Judiciary Committee about his Trump probes'

"Former special counsel Jack Smith told lawmakers Wednesday he believed his investigations had gathered proof beyond a reasonable doubt that would have led to President Donald Trump's convictions on charges of mishandling classified documents and seeking to unlawfully overturn his 2020 election loss, if he had not won last year's presidential election.

"If asked whether to prosecute a former president based on the same facts today, I would do so regardless of whether the President was a Republican or Democrat," Smith said, according to his prepared remarks.

"The decision to bring charges against President Trump was mine, but the basis for those charges rests entirely with President Trump and his actions, as alleged in the indictments returned by grand juries in two different districts," Smith said in his prepared remarks."

And just so we're clear; it was the GOP that specifically requested a closed doors hearing. Jack Smith was certainly willing to do it publicly.

Wonder what the GOP were scared of!😂

Below is the letter Smith's lawyers sent the subpoena-avoiding Jim Jordan.

Yes, because this doesn't smell at all!😂

He wanted to publicly testify. For some unfathomable reason, the Republican led committee decided not to.

Other special counsels such as Mueller, Durham or Hur testified publicly before Congress. The reason why the GOP doesn't want that is quite obvious! 😅

Trump tried to overturn an election. He is a traitor - simple as that.
