Unable to use any ride-hailing app due to ongoing mobile system 'under capacity' in a high density suburb of Bangkok.  Fortunately, a nearby business that was just closing up for the night let me use their wifi.  Otherwise I was stranded.

 

Other apps have also been non-functional in this region for over 1 week.  I am sue we are not allowed to name the mobile ISP on these forums.

 

The door to tech Hell world is opening ...
