I do agree that nature is a powerful and valuable contributor to human health and should never be underestimated. However, modern medicine complements nature rather than opposes it.

And, yes, modern medicine must be profitable to fund research, development, and innovation - this is not a binary choice of nature or medicine. The two coexist, work in harmony, and must continue to do so. Natural remedies absolutely have their place, so does medicine, vaccines, antibiotics and other health care resources.

I also agree that, in the public interest, medicine requires honest, transparent oversight. That does not mean that medicine itself, or the pharmaceutical industry as a whole, is inherently evil

What you lack is the ability to accept nuance and balance. You assert that modern medicine is bad and that diseases and viruses do not exist. I cannot and will not engage with claims of that nature - in the same way I would not argue with someone who insists a circle is a square. There is simply no point.
