Where did Trump get all his medals from, bankrupting every business that he's been involved in and draft dodging on 5 different times would never rate such honours.

Trump is addressing issues which his predecessors have failed to do. Domestically, illegal border crossings have virtually been stopped, and the trade deficit has been halved. Abroad, the Venezuelan exports of narcotics to the USA have been significantly reduced.

Venezuela sends most of the cocaine to Europe. And how do you know that what little that does go to the USA has been significantly reduced?

how do you know

When the street prices rise would be an indication of success?

Venezuela has exported cocaine and marjuana sourced from Columbia mostly to the USA, but also to Europe, the Caribbean and, allegedly, south and east Asia. This trade has been significantly reduced by the actions of the current US government.

According to what I've read Street prices have actually reached record lows. The head of the DEA claims that wholesale prices are up by 30 to 45%. On the other hand, production of cocaine is also hit record highs.

From Gemini AI

The Europe Connection: A significant portion of the cocaine transiting Venezuela is destined for Europe and West Africa, rather than the United States.

The 74% vs. 8% Split: Historically, DEA data cited in these reports shows that roughly 74% of U.S.-bound cocaine moves through the Eastern Pacific Vector (from Colombia/Ecuador toward Mexico). Only about 8% to 10% typically transits the "Caribbean Corridor" involving Venezuela.

Logistical Logic: Traffickers use Venezuela for European shipments because its Atlantic-facing coastline and lack of cooperation with U.S. authorities make it an ideal "jump-off" point for long-haul maritime vessels and "air bridge" flights to West Africa (a common stopover for the European market).

Your reference to West Africa as a destination is correct.

The 10 tons that was busted in Spain hidden in salt the other day is going to put a hell of a dent in someone's pocket
