Try Kasikorn .

Assume you have extension from Non O.

Might be possible with that + address confirmation such as lease.

Bank may require a COR

I hear agent/s are using Krungsri instead of Bangkok Bank so if you may use an agent open an account there, safer to have 3 accounts, i have BB, Kasikorn and Krungsri

No issues with SCB. I've used atleast 4 branches in my area in recent years to get bank letter/statement and never any issues (though they always take minimum 30 minutes to provide).

I do the stuff for immigration on my own, no agent needed.

Fled from Bangkok Bank and use Kasikorn now.

(old account opened in 2009 with hotel business card, that were the times)

Recently opened Krungsri in addition/backup.

Still have the BB savings account with little activity (some bill or online orders, ATM cash occasionally).
