This lying, terrorist supporting, anti-semitic scum should be re-arrested and tossed out of the Country.

Another victory for President Trump in the Courts.

I wouldn't call it an ICE victory per se, but a victory for justice and the security of the nation. Mr. Khalil is an Algerian national, allowed in as a refugee from Syria, where he was born. He was allowed to be a permanent resident, on a path to citizenship, subject to multiple conditions. One of them was an honest declaration of political affiliations prior to arriving in the USA . He "allegedly misrepresented facts on his green card application (withholding employment/membership in certain organizations)." Another condition was to not undertake activities that were contrary to US foreign policy.

Common sense holds that a foreigner should not enter any country and engage in political protests, no matter how much popular support they might have with some people. It was rather bold and arrogant of Mr. Khalil, a refugee from the Syria civil war, a war that had nothing to do with either Israel or the USA, but was arab faction against arab faction, to bring his petty hatred and lust for violence and social upheaval to New York City. One would have thought that a refugee from war would be more focused on building a new life and maintaining peace in his new host country rather than participating in violent protests that saw Columbia university vandalized and students threatened and physically assaulted. If Mr. Khalil still believes he has a case, he is welcome to appeal to the SCOTUS. However, until then, I hope he is removed back to Syria where he can participate in the creation of the Arab utopian nation he wishes to create. I am sure his politics will receive a warm welcome where he can incite and occupy to his heart's content.

Another win against far left extremist who support foreign nationals wanting to cause the destruction of 250 years of the greatest nation on earth.

Well said.

America was, on balance, a force for good in the world up until 20 January 2025.

Since then, America has become a self-serving, corrupt, fascist, violent, greedy force for evil. America used to share its good fortune with the needy; now it just wants to take take take from others…..oil, resources, even land. Rather than be the world’s policeman, it is trying to be its bully. It is losing friends and respect at an alarming rate, and deservedly so.

Old alliances, which hugely benefited the US as much as any nation since the end of WWII, are tattered and torn, and look to be breaking entirely.

In 2001, when the US was hit by terror, the world responded with empathy, shared intelligence, and even shared military action. Should something similar happen today, the world would laugh and absolutely no support would be forthcoming.

It’s all because of who terribly flawed clown and the losers he won over with false promises or as a figure through which the losers could live vicariously. Democracy can make mistakes, but even democracy was put in danger by the idiot, childish, vindictive crybaby Trump.

All the loser MAGAs who cheer on Trump’s stupidity and fascism…I wonder if they will volunteer to face our former NATO allies in Greenland. All the janitors and truck drivers and obese old men who still support the clown, but like their bone spurs coward messiah never served, let’s see you take up arms against the Brits, the French, the Germans, the Danes, the Poles, the Czechs, and all other former allies who have assumed the mantle of goodness, peace and security.
