Hi everyone, I’m looking for some information about the “Safe Entry” service for Thailand,I stayed in Thailand for 5 consecutive months in 2025, using two visa exemptions + one extension.
I’m planning to return to Thailand in February 2026, and I’m considering using a “Safe Entry” / entry assistance service. Before going ahead, I’d really appreciate feedback or advice on the following points:

I’ve seen prices ranging from a few thousand baht to much higher amounts, and I’m not sure what is considered normal or acceptable.

Am I risking anything legally by using this solution? Could this be seen as an attempt to bypass immigration rules?
Could this create issues in the future (for example, when leaving Thailand or during a future entry, could an immigration officer find it suspicious that I’ve chained multiple visa exemptions)?

Some agencies ask for passport photos, entry stamps, etc, is this generally safe?
Could this potentially leave a “paper trail” or proof of an attempted workaround of the rules in immigration systems?

It's fine. Also needed in order for company to see details of entries including any denied entries.

It is big business.

On my last entry at Don Muang (retirement with re-entry permit) I was in the queue for about ten minutes. About a dozen people were escorted by agents past my queue to an adjacent "VIP" desk. They were met by a "runner" at an RV in plain view of the immigration desks, and whizzed through. Do the maths, 75 or so an hour (maybe less of course at quiet times), but well over 1000 a day - assume each is paying B3000, that's a lot of cash being flicked around, probably in the region of 4 million a day...
