Suggestions for a VPN provider to connect to US websites???

You need a VPN to connect to some websites in the US including US government websites.

I've had PIA for years, but I've noticed that when I do a check on the PIA IP addresses in the US (and for that matter many other host countries) that if I do a IP address "abuse" lookup that virtually all of the IP addresses pop as having been used for internet abuse and scams, and show up in blacklists.

So, I'm looking to change VPN provider and would like suggestions at to what other members use.
