My wife is going to be moving from UK to Korat with my daughter in Jan 08, we are looking for a nice three bed house to rent, must be comfortable and secure with AC maybe with a pool, or use of one, not in town not to far out of town. Furnished would be good but not essential

I know some information, there are two houses for rent but both need time to renovate.

One of house is so so far (5 minuites) from Sima tanee hotel and the Mall shopping center, 3 bedrooms (wood floor), 2 toilet,living, dining, kitchen, no pool, 2 storey, approx. 240 sqm. include garden, less then 500 meters from main road (Mittapap rd., 500 meter to Sima tanee hotel).

Another one also not so far from the city (about 5-10 min. to center). 2 storey, 2-3 bedrooms, local village, a few km. to Suranaree industrie.
