If it is not complicated take two witnesses to your local Amphur and have them do it for you. Then find someone who can translate it to English for your records.

Use google translate or google lens to translate, best to start in English

If your will is only for Thai assets and they are only going to your Thai friend and they know about it then get them to sort it out!
