You've just posted in a separate thread calling the whole forum 'a pack of wafflers'... you think thats polite ?

You are seemingly oblivious to the negative attention you draw due to your antagonistic posts - yet complain when they do receive attention - its rather juvenile and childish in a primary school cry-baby kind of way.

I'll ignore, or comment on posts, your or others as much as I want, thanks - if calling out some of the rubbish you post is annoying you - thats just tough for you - you can scroll past my posts if you don't like them or avoid making juvenile, trollish or antagonistic comments in the first place.

You're clutching at straws now Richard desperately searching through other threads to attack me. Anyway my wafflers comment got a few laughs, doesn't hurt to have a bit of fun now and then.

Ive seen your offensive language etc. on different threads but I don't bring up your past.

I've been courteous throughout our conversations but you continue to rude, antagonize me, always replying with hostility.

This is a trend you have within your discussions with other members, always trying to belittle others.

Take a break, Get of the keyboard Richard, you are spending too much time here, it's not healthy. I see you commenting continually throughout the day, your comments are the last before I sleep and the first after I wake.

I've always said it, the worst thing about Thailand are some of the foreigners. Bloody foreigners arriving in Thailand. The Thai's are the nicest people you'll ever meet, just don't cross them, you'l

If I’m the last thing you read at night and the first in the morning, I'm not the one spending too much time here... Perhaps try not building your daily routine around me.... whistling

But you know what SF - you’re right - sorry if your feelings got hurt. Must be tough throwing little jabs all day and still managing to bruise your own ego in the process.

Wafflers ... sadly, I had to google that. You Brits, or Commonwealth folks, if not a Brit. As hate to offend anyone by call them a Brit, if not.

That was inconsiderate (on topic as always), rude, insulting and a generalizing, which as we all know, using fails to hit the mark.

Except in this case, and describes 99% of members & replies when put on the spot cheesy

Indecisive is good ... we learn something new everyday. Maybe chocolate syrup & apples do go together.

A waffler is someone who speaks, writes, or acts in a vague, evasive manner. This term refers to a person who Rambles on without making clear points (verbosity) or constantly changes their mind/sides on a topic, often to avoid making a firm decision.

I reckon I nailed it 😂

actually the group of indians trawling beach road for freelancers [spelling], on the whole have far more manners, at least that i have witnessed over several months, than the two groups in question.

on the baht bus, you always get some manspreaders in various guises, but when the driver actually has to get out and tell everyone to shuffle up, everyone does, except the rotund white females, who just ignore the driver even after asking numerous times and then he just gives up!

even when three thais are standing in the baht bus aisle, they are so superior that don't think that they should move and take up two seats, rather than three, and let someone else sit down!

i really don't get it! if you are that entitled and can't respect other people, then just order a taxi!!!

Yes the Indians here when compared to these other nationalitis are the most considerate, just by not being inconsiderate. And these jumbo fat people on the songkows should be changed double. But the most inconsiderate are these cigarette smoking slobs that infest Pattaya region. It's bad enough putting up with these cigarette smoking local males pollution. But then all these other sorry cigarette smoking slobs too. Slob city

I assume that the OP is Thai, and I can tell you from personal experience that the Thais themselves are the world's worst at space awareness. In most cultures, people walk on public walkways in the same direction that traffic flows, but not in Thailand. The Thais will walk on either side and in any direction they darn well please, and they are the most inconsiderate people group that I have ever encountered.....full stop!

If I understand you correctly then I have to disagree. Certainly did not apply in the UK. Have you ever been to Oxford Street?

Depending which side of the road the shops were on that you wanted to go to.......

...walking on the sidewalks in pattaya. there are two clear groups, who believe they can just make everyone else get out of their way, despite there being ample room for everyone to walk past each other without any issues.

  1. young chinese men walking with a woman. they walk down the middle of the sidewalks and expect everyone else to get out of their way. i lived in huai kwang for longer than i wished to and it was the same, as nine in ten of people walking down the street were native chinese working illegally in the area. but in that area the sidewalks are tiny, so was maybe excusable. but on the main streets of pattaya they are easily wide enough, but they still do the exact same thing. walk right down the middle without any consideration.

  1. really overweight female russians and westerners. they do the same as the chinese men, but sometimes they are even worse, they actually veer towards you to make you move out of the way, even if it was not necessary. they also manspread on a baht bus taking up three seats that an average thai would take up.

can anyone please explain these c--nty cultural behaviors, or is that just the new modern world we live in now...

Everybody can come up with something they find offensive in other cultures, it's best to get over it and get on with life. You could have easily added to your list, "blocking an aisle in the supermarket completely without thought of anyone who may want to pass", or "picking your nose and spitting in public", or any other of a thousand things. The question is, how does posting about these things on the internet help? Go around people who are in your way, be careful not to get spit on, and look away if you don't like booger picking in public.

AH thats a nice showing of the new internet hype, called "jumping."

Only for real "jumping" I thought, you dont need any reason, but just the group decision to do so.
