True - still risks. If Iran publishes a list and a way to request/inform movement, then it's a big win for the non-combatants and real loss for Trump. It means opening the strait for shipping. But who are the 'enemies'? If all the gulf states are deemed enemies then does that rule out any shipment sourced from them, but going to a non-combatant country?

Let's list the TACOs served so far in this war, and please let me know if I've missed any:

- Iran won’t close the Strait because that would be very bad for them.

- We knew they would close it, I expected oil prices to be worse.

- The strait will open itself.

- We don’t use it, allies should open it.
