Looking For Some Office Space On Kpg

I don't need anything flash and it doesn't need to be in a good position. It just needs to be secure, cheap and preferably have aricon.

It's just so I can split work from home life, working out of the house sees me working too many hours a day, there is only me so it doesn't need to be very big.

Anybody know of something that might be suitable?

Negative to both of those sbk, I just need somewhere secure as one of my PC's would be left there, preferably with aircon as right now it's just too hot to work for a lot of the day in my house, upstairs gets pretty warm, so I'm forced to work in the evening and early morning when it cools down which isn't doing much good to my social life or sleep patterns.
