Hi, I have a condo in ratchada 36 that I want to rent out. I have two months left on a year long contract up for grabs. The apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen/living room and a balcony. Very clean apartment, fully furnished, TV, DVD etc. The condominium includes a gym, swimming pool, minimart and a restaurant. Normal prices for these rooms are 10,000THB to 12,000THB and Im offering it you for 8,500THB.
