My point is sexual arousal happens to the person who is experiencing asphyxiation and I strongly doubt that the guy was trying to enhance her sexual arousal — he was probably just trying to enhance his own.

This is a completely different situation because it involves sadistic sexual arousal by dominance, wherein the perpetrator derives pleasure from inflicting pain and putting the victim in a painful—and possibly fatal—situation while the she is fully aware of the danger.

Life is not fair. You get what you get, not always what you deserve. For many of these girls, it is a dysfunctional environment from the very beginning, but there is only one person to blame for her losing her life.

Still, there are many good parents out there, and some girls run away for other reasons. Many of them simply do not fit anywhere, for reasons we cannot know, only speculate about. He picked up a girl from the street and took advantage of her situation.
