I've been putting off building a home for years. Time to start and I want to get it over with as quickly as possible.

I wonder if anyone has heard of any builders using ICF construction.These are the big styrofoam Lego blocks that are assembled and filled with concrete. I have seen houses go up in a matter of days using this technique.

I can't find anything about this in Thailand.

Otherwise, does anyone know anything about Kensington Home Builders? It sounds quite reputable, but almost too good to be true.

Kensington Builders are based in BKK, it is run by a British guy, as we are in the same buisness here in Pattaya, I have spoken to him a few times & he has always been very pleasant, I'm sure he will do a very nice job
