What browser are you using? Do mean that Thai script is in blocked letter?

No the english it appears such as "inbox, junk, ect in blue block letters

I had the same problem yesterday, just a sort of unformatted page with the various Folder titles in blue block letters.

It seemed as though the page had not fully loaded, but a "refresh" and the problem cleared and has not re-occurred.

This has happened to me many times over the years. As the other posters said, just refresh the page. It seems to only happen if the page loads slowly.

Try to clear your cache, you might have a corrupted style sheet stored.
