September 14, 200718 yr Does anyone know how often TT&T updates their files against the root server? I spent all morning trying to find someone there that even knows what a root server is. I switched hosting companies in the US a couple of days ago and the domains haven't propagated here at least with TT&T. I had this problem before when I used True but at least I could find someone who knew what I was talking about and could get the update accomplished. The usual TT&T response is its not our problem its anythng but our problem. I asked about how often they updated against the root server and was told they never update against the root server. I could not find anyone who had a clue how often they update much less what an update is. Does anyone have a number at TT&T where I can actually get a question answered?
