Visa desk in arrivals hall at don muang

Featured Replies

Flew back into town the other day and noticed that there was a office at Don Muang Airport before immigration offering visa's for "former Thai citizens and foreign children of Thai nationals" (or something along those lines).

Has anyone ever been to this office on arrival? What type of visa do they give you?

Guess this is probably not used much by the readers here but have seen someone post that they will issue a one year visa but don't know about what requirements are.  Hope someone else might have details.

I am headed overseas in a couple of weeks. On the way back, if I remember, I may ask the people there what the requirements are and post them on the website. I am guessing this office maybe useful for those married to Thai nationals and have kids.
