Enough for home office!

I need a small showroom to use three days a week , ringroad is not a must.

Must have 2 parking places and phone line for ADSL.

Any suggestions?

Just get in / on your vehicle and start looking in the areas you prefer, there's heaps of empty places out there for rent. Sometimes I think 1/2 th buildings on the island are for sale/lease.

gusG, thank you for this great idea, I never thought about this!

Did you read my topic?

I look for a "small showroom", I dont look for a townhouse I dont want to buy or lease a property.

Hey Claude - we have a single downstairs unit to rent near Bon Cafe on the ring road. We're on the soi just before the ringroad.

The office opposite us is also for rent due to Purapool moving it's headquarters. PM me if you want some more info.

Sorry mate, but I didn't say townhouses, but "places", and most of these are glass fronted, which means that you can see into them,so you can "show" whatever it is you're trying to sell, from the outside.

Same as a car show room which has big glass windows, that they put the cars behind, to show them.

And yes, I did read you're post, and in my language, which is English, to lease,or,to rent, mean the same thing, and the signs on them, mean that you have the choice of buying,or leasing.

All I meant to say was, that if you narrowed down the area you might like to operate this business from, rather than having to drive to the opposite side of the island, that there are plenty of opportunities.

Give us a bit more information on your idea of a showroom, and I'll keep an eye out for you. Cheers Gus.
