Only when I post my profile on www.imdesperateforattention.com I had to withdraw it after 10 seconds, after the server was inundated and went down. :D

I reposted under Naam's name after that......only a few lard-<deleted> replied. :)

Regards.

7 members are celebrating their birthday today

troopie(53), helicoptor(39), lilleper(35), Felixer(41), hunterdavies(27), vika09(18), Daveybabe(60)

Perhaps Helicopters mates might have a drink for him today, but as he was killed in a bike accident some time ago I don't think he will be there.

Perhaps admin could exclude RIP members from the birthday list?

I rarely post in TLW or Random these days (or did I mention that already?)

I think you post another half dozen times to make sure everybody gets the message. :)

Good idea! :D

c B500 for four pieces of KFC, one small French fries, one miniscule salad and two potato and gravy. Paeng! The worst of it was that the chicken was not original recipe, but that bladdy awful hot and spicy stuff. Never again...

This should appeal to a few Bedlamites.

Went to a KFC just off Sukumvit cupla years back, tried the "HOT" stuff.

It was a bit of blotty orrite.

Betta than the stuff served up on OZ & NZ

On This Day - 29th August

1958 - George Harrison joined the band Quarrymen. John Lennon and Paul McCartney were also members.

1964 - Roy Orbison's single "Oh, Pretty Woman" was released. The song was Orbison's second #1 hit.

1970 - The Kinks' single "Lola" was released.

1977 - 3 people were arrested in Memphis after trying to steal Elvis' body. As a result his body was moved to Graceland.

1990 - Elton John checked into a rehab center in Chicago, IL, for bulimia, drinking and drugs.

Busy Day........ :)

I had only had KFC here once before - about five years ago at Big C. It was awful then, as well. S'pose I'm a slow learner...

And the worrying thing is, many establishments try to emulate KFC :)

If you have to go KFC then try the khao yam gai sep (spicy chicken rice). IMHO it's the best I've had at any KFC anywhere. Reckon they should have it on the menu worldwide.
