Can anyone help……..

When I open Mozilla Firefox [newest] the colour goes to 8 bit, and I must go into control panel and change it back to 32bit every time I open Mozilla Firefox for the 1st time.. I can open as many windows as I want perfect after the 1st..

No problems if I open IE7, but hate IE…

Graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT

Have re-downloaded Firefox but still the same [cannot find any info or problem reports on the newest Firefox upgrade] + have run 3 different Virus and registry scans No problems found, this is on top of my AVG security package.

Help please

I had the same on an customer computer wiyh NVidia 6600 card. Re-installing firefox didn't help. Finally I deleted Firefox and manually checked the drive for hidden Mozilla/Firefox file and deleted that files as well. Next step was to run an Registry Cleaner (Registry Doctor to be precise) and last running Regedit and checked for Firefox first and after for Mozilla and deleted all entries. After a new install everything was fine.
