Hi i went for a full medical check up the other day and had a full bill of health, they took a blood sample and checked that ,and said all the blood counts were ok,i didnt have a hiv test because didnt really think about it at the time, but im thinking that if i did have hiv it would show up on my blood tests, does anyone know about this.IE: if blood count ok then assuming not hiv positive.thanks.

No, it would not.

You have to have a specific blood test to check for HIV, routine blood counts abnd blood chemistries will not show your HIV status.
