Hallo, the only Chinese Restaurant in Patong I am at present aware of is The Royal Kitchen Chinese Restaurant on top of The Royal Paradise Hotel (Tel. 076-340 666) in Paradise Complex. Unfortunately can not give any recommendation as I have not eaten there yet.

Hallo, maybe you can try Natalie's Restaurant (Mobile: 0896514279) on Nanai Road near Hideaway Spa. Their sign says Chinese and Indian Take-away.
