Need Help On Transit Visa Requirements At Suvarnabhumi

Featured Replies

I would be in transit through Suvarnabhumi and would have about 10 hours (Noon to 10PM).

Is it possible to get the transit VISA and go to the city for 5-6 hours?

Is there any restriction in terms of minimum stop over time (24 hours or more e.g.) to get transit VISA in Thailand.

I see that there is luggage storage facility at the airport where I can store my carry-on and go to the city for quick fun.

Any input/info is appreciated.

This would probably be better served in the Visa forum.

But the OP needs to specify his nationality if there is going to be any chance of a meaningful response.

I am Indian and VISA on arrival is available as an option. Just wanted to clarify if there is further requirement of minimum stay.

I do no know about the transit visa but from all reports on this forum its not a good idea to leave any bags at airport luggage storage that contain anything of value. You might search airport forum and decide for yourself about leaving baggage.
