I had heard that the visas issued ON the border have been changed from two weeks to one month. Is this true?

To my knowledge a big NO, since I always received 30 days at the Laos border.

So maybe since youve been running the durtion has always been 30 days? I know for fact it had been 2 weeks for years. Ill ask on LP, thanks.

March 2007 the Visa on Arrival at Thanaleng was 30 days, same in June 2007.

Attached, the VoA received at the first window and the 30-day chop at the 2nd.
