i am looking to rent a fully ( decently) furnishished house , bungalow, in khon kaen from about the 20th dec. i have been looking at web sites (not much there). i am looking for 2-3 beds , pool if at all possible, but not seen many on the market. around 15- 25 k a month, but would have to be VERY nice for 25k. any way any offers or advice wil really help. so cheers in advance. oh by the way it is for long term resident NOT holiday home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Khon Kaen is not really like Bangkok or Pattaya, so a rental house with a pool may be a little hard to find... But you might try posting your request on the khonkaen board... Lots of good people on that board and have seen several listings for houses posted there in the past...

TBH you would probably be better booking a hotel for a week & once you arrive, drive around looking for rental signs or ask at the local farang hang outs. I would be loath to pay for something prior to arrival as what someones idea of "decently furnished" might not be on the same level as yours. Good luck with the search & enjoy KK.
