My Thai brother-in-law would like to go to USA to work. My wife and family think because i am from USA that i can make this happen. I have heard of the Brokers here but they want a ton of money...any ideas?

Does he have any needed skill? I have heard of people going to work in a thai resturant. Not that easy though.

You cannot bring him in because he is not your blood relative. If your spouse becomes a citizen she can bring him in.

You cannot bring him in because he is not your blood relative. If your spouse becomes a citizen she can bring him in.

I live here in Thailand so not looking to bring him home to USA, just trying to find a way to get him some work. No trained skills...has worked in Taiwan recently and Brokers want 500,000b to have them go pick apples or something......We have tried thai friend that work in restaurant in US, but he was no help to get him in country.Sais he would put him to work if came in on tiurist visa and we all lnow that will be impossible to get for him. Speaks no english. I knew this was hopeless but had to try to get the wife off my back. We got her tourist visa easy(10 year, lucky there) so she thinks we can do the same for him....
