I would like to have a legal Thai driver's license. I currently - actually just noticed my license expire as I have been living in Thailand almost two years. However I would like to have my American drivers and motorcycle license transferred to a legal Thai license. Can you tell me where to go in BKK and what to expect? Of course I realize there are few "norms" in LOS. Well that is my experience so far.
