Gymkhana Club, Where In Cm What Is It?

did a google search, found their web site, no directions or address, abbreviated desciption of facilities. Struck me as an elitist, English gentemens club. Maybe I'm wrong.

Any one have any info about it, membership, golfing lesson available, Would a Yank be welcome?

Thanks for the pointers. Its on old lampun rd or lampun rd. Directionally challenged type that I am, the only way I know o fgetting to Lampoon is via the super highway aka Rt. 1 is the the one??

The Gymkhana is off the Old Chiang Mai Lamphun rd which runs along the river from the Nawarat bridge. It is about half way between the Nawarat and Mengrai bridges. About 500 metres after the Gawilla army barracks, turn left where there is a big tree at the intersection. The Gymkhana entrance is 200 m along the road (Ratutit Rd).

It's a golf course. A very old, 9 hole one.

Sounds about right to me, however, because of financial desperation have been forced to take on Aussies and others of the lower orders.

Not sure that they are ready to lower themselves that far though!
