My friend brought his thai /f to England on a Fiancee visa, he has decided that he is not ready yet to get married thus she has gone back to thailand and he has stayed in England and he has decided just to go over to see her every other month or so. My question is, is it possible for her to get another visa sometime in the future because she has currently not complied with all the terms of her current fiancee visa (she has'nt got married).

Should she apply again for a fiancé(e) visa the lady can expect a lot of questions about why she didn't get married on the 1st occasion. However, providing she did not actually break any conditions attached to her previous visa there is no reason why she should not get another one. Afterall she did leave the UK and, presumably did not overstay or try to stay on in another capacity.

That was a waste of time Yeah if she didn't overstay she should be able to get another but why get this kind of visa if he is not ready to marry?? In the US you need to marry within 90 days if not She goes back.
