Hello again. My wife came over to the the UK this year and had a wicked time. She's back in BKK and I'm here( not too happy about that like). i've been working hard. Working to make a bit of cash; but mainly to impress the visa officers as we're going for the settlement visa early next year. Just after bit of advice. Heres our stats.

1. Been togeather four years, mariied one. This year my wife was granted a 3 month tourist visa so I gues we dont need proof of our relationship before that. We've got a pleathora of photo's of her trip here togeather and since she returned we've spoke evrey day. Sometimes three times a day. I have records of this.

2.I've been working freelance all round the Uk( for 6 months only). I have my own LTD company and have all the documents to prove this. making no less than £500 a week, but upto £800. Got bank statements, business bank account details, invoices ect. Not sure how the embassy look at business owners( especially those in their first year). Is it possible to have my parents as a secondary sponsor? they sponsored her tourist visa so I guess they meet the criteria. I'm thinking that showing my financial details too shows my dedication to work.

3. Will they be ok for us to use my parents accommodation on our settlement visa? This was accepted on our tourist visa. Problem being is my business is listed in London. My parents place is in the North east. As I travel so much for work could his put them off? I spend allot of time in the North east and commute continuously. When in London for example i stay with friends and pay them rent direct. ie. no tenancy agreements...

I reckon that covers the main problems they would have. She has an education and speaks fluent English. So to conclude, basically my parents will be sponsoring her again although I will be giving them my work details too. Do you think this will work???

Cheers. The Moose..
