December 9, 200718 yr Hello,I'm currently studying certain aspects of jewelry making.As far as making (or rather semi making) jewelry in India go's (me personally,very small amounts) for export only,would i need a Business visa & work permit for this? Do you need a letter from an indian employer to get a Business visa or work permit? Or in practice do you think that if i was discreet,& it being on a small scale that they wouldnt really worry about it? Probably not a question you can give a yes or no to,but i'd like to here from people who've been or have some knowledge about this. From the info ive read on work permits for india,there doesnt seem to be any set in stone laws? I'd ask this on an indian expat forum if i could find a good one.
