Problems With Tot Internet?

Featured Replies

Anyone else having TOT Internet problems. Mine has not been working since 11pm Monday night.

Same is true for a friend of mine.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that I live in Pattaya.

Live in Pattaya, have the same problem. I didn't get receipt for november, maybe some delivery problem in TOT and then they suspend our internet?

Wow, gotcha, just 5 minutes ago my adsl modem had connected!

Don't worry, it will come back at some point. TOT has an appalling record for reliability of service. When they need to fix something that has an impact on service they just go ahead and do their thing without telling any one and without regard for customers. Try complaining if you want a real exercise in futility.

Jomtien, it was down a long time, all night, back now. I don't bother calling them unless it's down for over a day.

My connection isn't down but extremely slow this week.Thaivisa broadband speedtest shows 120 KB down and 85 up.End of last week I got a very good connection.I got international speed results of 800-900 KB download.Hadn't seen this for a loooooong time.

Maybe that is why it is down this week.TOT detected that they were giving SERVICE accidently.
