changing his DNS settings to an Open DNS address? Its in the Tcp/ip settings. Open DNS settings; 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220. Here's their website for instructions www.opendns.com/start

I had a similar problem but it was with more sites than just ThaiVisa and once I changed my DNS settings to the OpenDNS ones it has worked fine.

I had similar probs accessing another (not too dissimilar) forum a while ago. Took me two months to get round to "daring" play aropund with my internet settings. When I did it all was fixed (as per our mails last week)
