Hi.

Me and my thai boyfirend are currently in the Uk for a 7 week holiday over the christmas period. The visa he has is a 6 month multiple entry visa.

We have had a phone call today and his father has died and we are looking into flights back to bangkok immediately.

I wanted to be certain before we book the tickets that it will be fine for us both to go to thailand and then to enter the uk again in a week or so time??

Any help or advice will be very helpful!!!!

Yes, your boyfriend may re-enter the UK providing his visa is still valid. If he subsequently applies for a second visit visa, he should explain to the embassy that he previously visited twice because of his father's death.
