Yes it works well. Be aware that that rate is only if calling a land line, not a mobile.

I have tried it and though the price is cheap but i rather pay 0.5 bahts more for Thai Calling Card By CAT.

The connection by DD is poor. I experienced 2-3 secs lag for calls to Singapore while i dont encounter that with CAT.
