My CS Loxinfo/IP Star was complety dead last night, when I eventually got through on the technical services phone line the engineer told me the fiber optic cable is down and would not be fixed until 6 am this morning. Sure enough it working now :o

But just wonder why, when there is a massive breakdown like this one they don't have a nice recorded message telling us the problem, that way a person does not have to hang on the telephone line for ever whilst everyone phones in.
