can you please tell me how i can arrange a visa for my thai wifes 14 year old son to come to the uk to live with as us...my wife is currently on a 2 year spouse visa having been here 9 months

The cost is another £500.00 plus a TB test. Your wife will need to demonstrate that your joint income is enough to support all three of you, and that there is enough accommodation for you all. The major point, though, is that, on the assumption the child's father is still alive, your wife will need to show that it is she who has sole responsibility for the major decisions and guidance in the child's life. If the child's father is dead, sole responsibility does not need to be satisfied.
