i am trangender want to marry.i am thai. and i want to marry with my bf from AUSTRIA(europe), becouse in austria man cannot marry between man and man , i want to be with him , now i have just tourist visa( 3 months, i dont know they have ohter chance for me to be with my bf? . and i been austria often , i dont want to stay far from my bf and my kids(kids from my bf)

You can't change your gender as registered on either your birth certificate or passport, but you may wish to consider undergoing a civil partnership in Austria. You will then be effectively "married" and can seek a settlement visa to stay there on this basis.

I not 100% sure, but as they are members of the European Union, I would think that they do. Ask at the Rathaus where you live.

A quick search has revealed that Austria does not currently recognise civil partnerships, but that they do extend certain rights to cohabiting same-sex couples. Legislation is currently before the Austrian parliament to recognise civil partnerships:-
