I have been getting all kinds of conflicting reports on this. Some say you can't open tomorrow other say you only have to close on Saturday, others you can open after the election ends on Sunday and so on. Last week we got the notice to close for the entire weekend on Thursday night! Does anyone know for sure or should I just wait to see who shows up with the notice tonight?

The official line is that no alcohol can be sold between 6pm Saturday, and Midnight Sunday.

In previous years though, the BiB have driven around at 6 or 7pm on the Sunday telling bars they can open, as the polls are already closed (in Pattaya anyway).
