I don't make new year resolutions, like sbk if I'm going to change my life I do it then and there without waiting for January 1st.

What I am doing, in response to a heartrending plea from my liver, is quitting the suds (thanks to BT) for the month of January. The heart is a bit concerned about having to pump around all this viscous blood with no solvent to thin it down but it'll get used to it. A good byproduct of this temporary regime will be the loss of a few kilos of useless blubber, and it's not my head!

To try & start the ones I promised myself at the beginning of last year !!
