I have been downloading videos from Guba and I want to burn them onto DVD. I use Nero Start Smart and I have been getting the following message:

'Sorry your compilation cannot be written on this kind of disc, please insert a disc of the correct type or modify the settings of your compilation to make it compatible with the current disc'.

I used Sony DVD-R discs first and when I had this message I changed to Sony DVD-RW with the same result.

I use a Roxio easy Media Creator program. You can either burn in the same avi/DivX format downloaded from Guba (most DVD's will play this format these days) or you can convert to DVD format and burn all in one but this does take longer.

I bought it on disc in the UK before I moved to Thailand but you can get more info from http://www.roxio.com/ or PM me

Nero Vision is the Nero software for to create Movie DVD's/CD's. 

But you need even to check you Burner, special for DVD burning. Some older Burners supporting + format only and you'll get an error if you try to burn to an - format media.

Within Nero Brunin Rom, NOT Smart Start, check the Burner capabilities and use the supported media.
