Csloxinfo Speed Issues

Featured Replies

Hello,

is here anybody else who is experiencing speed issues with CSLoxinfo? I called their customer support many times. So far I don't see any improvement. I have 1024Kbps download and I get about 800Kbps on Speed Tests in Thailand - this is OK.

But internationally it sucks. I get about 20-30kbps from USA.

If you have CSLoxInfo, can you post your speed tests results here? I use:

Thanks!

Vlad

The international connection has been bad for more than a week - but it's not CSLoxinfo as far as I know - the problem lies with CAT, or somewhere between CSLoxinfo and CAT.

Keep complaining to CSLoxinfo though, as they will listen to you, the CAT people probably won't.

I am TOT Cybergold and believe it's getting better .... Even manage to get 200Kbytes downloads during the day regularly.

18kbs down / 19kbs up ..... that sucks. I feel for you.

A year or so back I was using CS Loxinfo's SME service (but at home). Started out OK, but deteriorated fairly quickly. I called them to rectify, and sometimes got some results, sometimes nothing. In the end I was paying a premium for a service that didn't deliver anything beyond "mediocre", so I canceled.
