I can no longer use my webmail nor can I use outlook to send messages, the whole email system of the site seems to have crashed. I keep getting this message: "Remote host said: 554 The message was rejected because it contains prohibited virus or spam content".

Anyone know what it means exactly? Spam? I never send out more than 5 emails per day through my website so how can this be? Viruses in the email? or website? or computer? anyone know and may be advise?

I have done a scan.

I think there is a virus in the website itself. i contacted godaddy.com already and awaiting a reply from them on the issue.
