Main work:

Removal of old wooden floor covering and lay new ceramic tiles.

Replace 5 door frames.

Re-surface 3 interior walls and damp-proof same.

Secondary work:

Build in 2 wadrobes

Design and build in 6 metre long, floor to ceiling entertainment unit and work station/bookcase.

im more than 2 weeks behind on my condo renovation and it was or should be only a few days work that i wanted.i will say goodluck and if you find all the above requirements please let me knowas i would like there number.

ps i wouldnt leave them alone for 5 mins if you want a good job done...not saying there prone to making big booboos ....... actually i am .if you can afford it get some farangs in.
