My stepson-to-be lives near Prassat and although he's coming to join me and his mum in Chiang Mai in April for the new school year, I think his teeth are in need of some urgent attention - looks like a front one is coming through crooked which will affect its neighbours.

We have loads of good dentists up here but I'd really like to at least have him checked by someone competent in the meantime. Can anyone suggest a good dentist in Prassat or Surin?

The dentist I use in Surin is probably the best I've known. He is in-between the Market and Surin plaza. Coming from the Plaza (K.F.C.) pass the emergancy ambulance satation and it is the last shop on the right before you enter the market.

I used the dentist in the same road as the night market. Very professional and upon my return to UK i visited my personal friend who teaches in the Royal Dental College in London, who confirmed the work done was of high standard. The above dentist is expensive IMHO.

Thanks for your help. If either of you could come up with the name or a contact number for the dentists you mention I'd be really grateful. My wife is going to have to get a relative to take him there from south of Prassat and I want to make it as easy possible since they haven't appeared to care too much about his teeth up to now.

I know they think I'm fussing but what kid will be happy growing up with crooked front teeth if it can be avoided?
