Not living in Phuket, but I know of people who lost their dog and found it again, by spreading around the word and loads of posters with pic or pic's of the dog, description (male or female?), contact numbers, and sometimes a reward can do the trick.

Maybe put a pic on this forum as well?

Wish you good luck in finding your dog!

We also lost our Shi-Zu puppy on Phuket a few months ago and did what the previous post suggests. Prepared A4 posters with photos and description of the dog in English and Thai. We put them on lamposts all over the area. After a few false sightings, we eventually got her back 11 days later. A family found her and had been taking care of her.

Good luck!
